QUATRO

At the core of IoT Orbital’s turnkey solutions is QUATRO, a cloud-based 4.0 real time digital transformation platform which provides smart and collaborative situational awareness for corporations and government agencies. QUATRO integrates data feeds from multiple sources, using industry standards or custom protocols to enable communication among systems, sensors, and other assets in the ecosystem. It provides analysis and processing capabilities to generate actionable data, reports, and automated responses to alarms and alerts with coordinated messaging to stakeholders.

The QUATR0 ecosystem is currently being used in command-and-control centers for a variety of business verticals including Oil & Gas, 311 and Smart City Systems, Logistics, Agriculture, Water Management, Defense and Security environments.  Combined with IoT Orbital’s range of sensors, edge processing, connectivity options, deployment in AWS, Azure, and other third-party cloud systems, the result is a complete, orchestrated, turnkey operation.

USER INTERFACE

The QUATRO user interface is a centralized portal for monitoring, control and management of events and Incidents in real-time, from start to finish, manually or automatically (activated by alarms, sensors, actuators, etc.).  The interface also offers access to dynamic forms for detailed information and evidence recording with geolocation, timestamps, videos, etc.

Operators can manage all aspects of public works including waste, logistics, utilities, emergency management and more.  The platform uses key performance indicators to identify patterns and trends for more effective resource allocation to improve service delivery.

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

The integrated GIS module enables QUATRO to generate dynamic vehicle routing, geofencing, and other spatially oriented functions such as demographics and mapping points of interest (hydrants, hospitals, police stations, etc.).  This functionality is vital for efficient deployment of resources and prioritizing different neighborhoods based on their status.  For example, by monitoring reporting from local clinics, the system offers early detection of health issues.

 DISPATCH AND MOBILE APPS

The interface also enables users to dispatch and communicate with field operators.  This functionality includes not only city employees but citizens as well.  Interactive chat functionality enables remote reporting with forms, text, voice, and video recording. The mobile app also includes an offline mode for event management outside the service area. A feedback log records comments about users' experience with the system and the quality of services received.  Integration with Motorola radio networks is available as an option.
